• Pick up Locations : 

Our office is located Gauteng Randburg Johannesburg South Africa away from Hotels,Airport ,

For customers coming to Gauteng ,Airports and Private Airports we drop off and pickup the vehicle right to the terminal. We can Pick Up/Drop off our vehicles anywhere in the South Africa Provinces. Once we receive your reservation, our team will call you and arrange a suitable pick up location near you. We remove all seats from the sprinter van per request to transport light weight equipment for music bands & for other businesses.

• Mechanical Repair Policy :

If any mechanical breakdown, call us immediately with PH: 002778-1156-349 TEL :002711 326 4900 or text to us, You can take the van to any  Bus,Truck,Car,Van dealership for repair and keep all the receipts of repair with you for reimbursement. If you can’t repair the van in less than 36 hours in a workshop, you need to find a suitable vehicle for your convenience. We are not responsible for your new rental. We will close our rental agreement from the time of mechanical failure and reimburses the rest of your money.

• Return of Rental Vehicles : 

Vehicles must be returned to the location as per agreement, Date and Time. Any change must be notified immediately. Renters must return the vehicle with a full tank of gas. Otherwise, we will charge per gallon to fill the tank. Make sure the van clean when your return. Any spills or stains in the seat or the floor may cost You detailed cleaning. Return inspection can take up to 48 Hours. If we found any damage, will be notified to the customers immediately.

• Insurance : 

You must be over 25 years of age to drive our vehicle with 100,000/200,000 liability insurance. Business customers/music band drivers drivers must be 21 years of age to drive our vehicles with minimum 1 million liability insurance in company name. You can purchase additional insurance from us. This will cover up to the value .

• Entertainment: 

All our vans have, a LED Smart TV and XBOX ONE with Blu-ray & DVD player, Game consoles, wireless headphones, Bluetooth Audio or Aux IN . You can connect phone, IPad, Android phone. Customers are responsible to return the audio/visual equipment’s without any damage.

• Safety :

our van have a high roof, so you are not allowed to go through any drive thru and any parking garage less than 12 feet high and the length of the van is 23 feet long. It is your duty to obey the traffic rules and regulations of the places you visit. And also we recommend you to drive in a low speed or stop in a safe place during windy conditions or hazardous conditions.

• Weekend or Holidays Hours :

If you rent a vehicle from us for 7 days or more, and your pick up/drop off dates falls on Sunday or any holidays, we are open for you.

We are open 24/7, 365 days for executive Airport,Hotels,We deliver the van right to the terminal.

• Accident or Emergency Assistance :

In the event of any accident/emergency call 911 for any assistance and get a police report. Please report us immediately, take the picture of incidents and text us.

• Drop off  or Pickup Service :

We drop off and pick up the van anywhere in the South African Provinces. Please E-mail email@sivoagency.com for out of Cities pickup and drop off services.

• Fuel Type : 

All Mercedes sprinter vans are Diesel powered. Make sure you fill the tank with correct fuel type.

• Non Smoking or Drinking Policy :

Smoking is not allowed in the vehicle. Smell of cigarette at return can cost 750.00 for cleanup and detailing fee.

• Payment Policy : 

All payments are due when you pick up the vehicle and final payment is due at return of the vehicle. We accept cash, credit card, chase quick pay system. We require all customers to make a deposit of $500 in advance and is refundable on return of the vehicle.

• Cancellation Policy :

Free cancellation with full refund available within 24 hours after reservation. There is a cancellation fee for any cancellation after the first 24 hours. Any cancellation within the last 72 hours of the rental date cost a non refundable deposit.

• Rental Requirements : 

Anybody who plans on driving our vehicle must meet the following requirements : 

1. You must have a valid South African driver's license or International Driver's License along with your Passport.

2. Proof of current liability insurance. This must be current.

3. Collision coverage either through your own insurance policy or credit card coverage or by purchasing collision damage waiver.

4. If you are from a foreign country , we need insurance coverage that provides DOC Drive Other Car in South Africa Provinces. Otherwise you may need to secure a non owner's policy from an insurance company here in the SA.

5. You must be over 25 years of age to drive our vehicle with liability insurance.

6. Business customers/music band drivers must be 21 years of age to drive our vehicles with minimum 1 million liability insurance in company name.

• Vehicles Maintenance and Renters Responsibility : 

We require all renters to report us any warning signs in the van or take the van to the nearest Mercedes Benz/Ford Dealership to you. Our Mercedes Sprinter van requires oil change and safety check in every 10,000 miles and Bus,Truck,Car,Van Hire or Rentals require oil change and safety check in every 6,000 miles. We will reimburse all maintenance cost with receipt back to customer. Mercedes-Benz Sprinters periodically need a refill of DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid). This fluid helps make the Sprinter very low emission and is better for the environment. 

You will get a warning light when a refill is required. DEF is sold at most auto parts stores and is inexpensive and easy to refill. Keep your receipt and we will, of course, reimburse you.
